    • 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar
    • 3/4 cup (1.5 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
    • 4 large eggs, room temperature
    • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 1 cup whole milk (or oat milk), room temperature
    • 2 tbsp sour cream or plain yogurt
